Hi I'm Bella Garza, the owner of Charcuterie and Beyond. I'm 18 years old, and I'm a full time student at Cal State Fullerton. Go Titans!

Charcuterie and Beyond started in November of 2020, after making my first charcuterie boards in quarantine for my family members. What started as a small business, has truly grown into so much more than I've ever thought it could. 

I have been so fortunate to work with amazing companies, brands, and people. I'm so blessed to have these amazing opportunities to make boards and tables for all of my amazing customers. 

With that being said, thank you to everyone who has ever ordered or supported my business. I continue to learn more and more about this industry, and Im so excited to see what this business will grow into in the future.
